How to Log In to the Employee App

When to use this guide

Use this guide when onboarding employees who need to access jobs through the mobile app.

Prerequisites

  • Employee must be added to the system.
  • A user account with email must exist.
  • Internet connection required.

Step-by-step

Step 1 — Download the App

The Employee App is available for:

  • Android (Google Play)
  • iPhone (App Store)

Step 2 — Enter Login Information

Employees will log in using:

  • Email address
  • Password provided by the admin

If this is their first login, you may require them to reset their password.


Step 3 — Select Company

If the employee belongs to multiple businesses:

  • Choose the correct company from the list.

Step 4 — Access Today’s Jobs

Once logged in, the employee will see:

  • Jobs for today
  • Weekly view
  • Job details (address, notes, access codes)
  • Checklist
  • Photo upload
  • Completion button

Common mistakes

❌ “Invalid email or password”

  • User account not created
  • Wrong email entered
  • Employee belongs to the wrong company

❌ Employee sees no jobs

  • No jobs assigned
  • Jobs assigned to wrong date
  • Filters active in the app

❌ App permissions denied

  • Enable camera for photos
  • Enable location for check-in (optional)
