2. Running Payroll

Two modes:

✔ Individual Payroll

Per employee.

✔ Group Payroll

Select start/end dates → DOP processes all employees.

DOP calculates automatically:

• Total hours
• Overtime
• Drive time
• Gas reimbursement
• Tips
• Adjustments

3. Payment Methods

• Payroll (internal)
• Cash
• Bank transfer (manual)

4. Payroll Report

Each employee’s payroll includes:

• Detailed job breakdown
• Hours
• Miles traveled
• Total earned
• Taxes (if configured)
