Activity Feed
The Activity Feed in Diamond Operations Pro keeps a complete history of what happened with each job and, in general, with your daily operation.
For every job you can review:
- Date changes
- Services added or removed
- Assigned or reassigned employees
- Admin edits and corrections
- Notes and files added
“Every change is recorded so you always keep full control of the work history.”
1. Where you see the Activity Feed
a) Inside a Job
From Operations → Jobs or from the Schedule, open any job in the list.
Inside the job you can:
- Change dates and times
- Edit assigned employees
- Edit services and prices
- Add notes or files
- Review the generated invoice
- Open the full Activity Feed for that job
Use the Activity Feed to see who changed what and when.
2. What the Activity Feed records
For each job, the feed includes:
- When the job was created
- Changes in scheduled date and time
- Services added, edited or removed
- Changes in price or amount
- Employees added or removed from the job
- Status changes: On the Way, Started, Finished, etc.
- Notes and internal comments
- Files and photos added
You can also see who did the change (user / role) and the exact time.
3. Why it matters
The Activity Feed helps you:
- Investigate what happened when a client complains or there is a confusion
- Verify if a job was rescheduled correctly
- Check if a price was edited and by whom
- Audit the performance of office staff
- Keep an internal history per job for future reference
4. Best practices
- Review the Activity Feed before sending an important invoice
- Use it when training new office staff to correct mistakes
- Use it as an audit trail when something “doesn’t add up” in the schedule or billing
The Activity Feed is your operational black box: it keeps a trace of everything that happened with every job.
